Remote sensing for crop and disease monitoring

Linking field observations, phenology, and crop modelling for wheat systems.

During my research stay at Aarhus University, I contributed to field campaigns and data integration work involving agronomic measurements, chlorophyll observations, leaf area index, biomass, and soil sampling.

Part of this work focused on linking phenological and remote sensing datasets with crop models for wheat growth and disease monitoring, including yellow rust, powdery mildew, and Septoria.

This line of work reflects my interest in connecting field evidence, model calibration, and climate-aware agricultural decision support.
